Shipping

How do I place an order?

You can shop directly through the Website or from our Instagram page @shopatmari . Simply select your items, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. For more seamless order placement we recommend using the website, so you can get them before they get sold out,

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We deliver across Malé, Hulhumalé, and all atolls in the Maldives.

  • Orders above MVR 750: Free delivery
  • Orders below MVR 750: Flat fee of MVR 20

Do you allow pickups?

At the moment, we don’t offer pickups. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse directly through our delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely service.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Malé & Hulhumalé: 1–2 working days

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Bank transfer through BML and Favara Pay

Product Care

How do I take care of my Mari bras?

To make your bras last longer and keep their shape:

  • Hand wash and line dry for the longest bra life.
  • If you machine wash, always hook bras and use the delicate cycle.
  • Place bras in a lingerie bag to prevent them from snagging on other clothes.
  • Avoid tumble drying as it can damage elasticity.

Products & Sizing

How do I know my bra size?

We recommend checking our size guide which is attached in the pictures of each product listing, for accurate measurements. Size guides for different designs are also different as the stretch and cup styles differ. If you’re still unsure, you can DM us on Instagram and our team will happily assist you.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes! Many of our bras and panties are available up to 3XL and 4XL, because comfort should fit every body.

Are your products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Absolutely. Our maternity and postpartum range (like the Mum-Bliss Bra, Sanitary Panties, and BreastCare Thermopacks) are designed with new mothers in mind — gentle, safe, and practical.

Returns

Can I return or exchange my order?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

What if I received the wrong item or size?

Don’t worry! Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange the correct replacement.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! Mari products like our Sanitary Panties and Maternity Pillows are available wholesale to pharmacies, supermarkets, and boutiques across the Maldives. Please reach out via DM or email us at info@shopatmari.com for wholesale details.
